These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Valty website and any forms, waitlists, or enquiry features available on it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Valty

Valty is an early-stage company based in India building an AI-powered reward platform. The Site is currently an informational and early-access experience. Valty’s products are in development and are not yet generally available.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Site and join our early-access programme.

Product previews are illustrative

Dashboards, interfaces, reward balances, points, and other figures shown on the Site are product previews created for illustration only. They do not represent a live product, real account values, or any guaranteed outcome. Points and reward values shown have no monetary or cash value and are not redeemable.

Beta and waitlist

Submitting a waitlist or partner form is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee access to any product, feature, reward, or partnership. Features, availability, and timelines may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Your submissions

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You are responsible for the content of any message you send us. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Valty name, logo, content, designs, and graphics on the Site are owned by Valty or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use it for any purpose other than its intended use.

Third-party links

The Site may reference third-party services or links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
